The journey

Five phases to reset, rebuild and return

The Selfternity™ journey is a five-part structure designed to move from immediate recovery towards reflection, rebuilding and a supported return to work and everyday life.

The journey at a glance

Step awayCapacity returns →Return
  1. 01

    Reset

    What has my capacity become?

  2. 02

    Nourishment

    What am I taking in?

  3. 03

    Disintegration

Which patterns no longer serve me?

  4. 04

    Rebuild

    What choices reflect my priorities?

  5. 05

    Reintegration

How do I carry this back?

Recovery comes first. Structure is introduced as capacity begins to return.

What each phase is intended to support

01 Reset

Create enough distance from immediate demands for recovery to begin and for the situation to feel less impossible. The intended outcome is not an instant answer. It is enough capacity to recognise what has become unsustainable and what needs attention first.

02 Nourishment

Begin rebuilding the capacity that serious depletion has taken away. The intended outcome is a clearer understanding of what restores you, what continues to drain you and what you may need more or less of going forward.

03 Disintegration

Separate what still matters from the expectations, patterns and pressures that no longer fit. The intended outcome is greater clarity about what can change, what cannot, and where genuine choice still exists.

04 Rebuild

Turn that clarity into a way of living and working that reflects the life and responsibilities you actually have. The intended outcome is not a perfected new self. It is more intentional decisions, clearer priorities and a more sustainable way forward.

05 Reintegration

Return to work and everyday life without simply recreating the conditions that contributed to depletion. The intended outcome is a more deliberate return, with stronger self-leadership and greater clarity about how to respond when circumstances change again.
