This notice explains what this website does with information. It was written after checking what the site actually runs, not from a template. Last updated: October 2026.

Who operates this website

This website is operated by Selfternity FZE, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Questions about this notice can be sent to help@selfternity.me.

Selfternity™ is a movement advocating for structured leave, self-leadership, personal recalibration and sustainable performance. This website provides information about the movement, educational content, proprietary frameworks and advocacy initiatives.

What this website does not do

No analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools are installed. There is no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no Meta Pixel and no equivalent service.

The website does not place cookies of its own and does not store your personal information in your browser.

No information is sold, rented or exchanged with anyone.

Some clicks on this site are recorded as event names inside your own browser while you browse. No tracking vendor is installed, so those events are not transmitted anywhere.

Information you choose to send us

An enquiry form is available on the site. It is not part of the current main navigation, but the page it sits on can be reached directly. Where the form is used, it asks for your full name, work email address, organisation, role, country or geography, organisation size or type, area of interest, an optional website link, and a message. You must confirm that you agree to be contacted before it will send.

A hidden field is included as a spam check. If anything is entered into it, the submission is discarded.

The form also records which page you submitted from, and any campaign parameters present in the address you arrived on.

Enquiries are stored in a database that the public cannot read. Only the website operator can open them. They are used for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and decide whether there is a sensible next step.

Please do not include identifiable health information, disciplinary details or confidential employer information. The enquiry route is not a place to disclose anything you would not want a colleague to see.

An enquiry is kept while there is a reason to stay in touch about it. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

The website takes no payments, holds no accounts and sends no marketing emails of its own.

When you follow a link to another service

Substack and iPetitions are not embedded here. They are links that open those services in a new tab, and each one runs its own form under its own policy.

Subscribing happens on Substack, where you give your email address directly to them. This website does not collect subscriber addresses and does not receive the subscriber list.

Signing the petition happens on iPetitions. What they display alongside a signature, and for how long, is governed by their terms and privacy notice rather than ours.

Reflections on this site are titles, summaries and links drawn from the public Selfternity™ feed on Substack. Reading a Reflection here sends you to the original post on Substack, where their policy applies from that point.

Requests your browser makes automatically

Three things load from outside this website. Each one means the other party sees your IP address.

Typeface files from Google. The fonts on this page are served by Google, so a request reaches Google when a page opens.

Reflection thumbnails from Substack. Images shown on the Reflections page are served by Substack’s content network, so a request reaches them when that page opens.

Hosting records. The platform that serves this website keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request, to keep the site running and secure. These are not used to build a profile of you.

Children

This website is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to the address above and we will remove it.

Your requests

You can ask us at any time to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to help@selfternity.me and we will deal with it as soon as reasonably possible.

If the law where you live gives you further rights over your information, tell us which law applies to you and we will handle your request with it in mind.

Changes to this notice

Any update is published on this page with a revised date. If a change materially affects how information is handled, that change is stated clearly at the top of this page.
